First of all, GSM and GSM-R are quite different in some aspects, such as the coverage, interference probability, quality of service, and call drop probability; secondly, there are many differences between China and Europe, the railway transport organization, flow characteristics, the train speed, and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to combine the specification with the practical application. A C/I threshold is needed to evaluate the co-channel interference of GSM-R in China.In this paper, the arithmetic to calculate the threshold for co-channel interference is brought forward under the background of Chinese railway. In this paper, a definition for the co-channel interference probability is given, a formula for co-channel interference probability is derived, and the relationship between bit error rate and C/I in the Rayleigh / Lognormal fading channel is figured out.The paper innovatively associated the co-channel interference probability and bit error rate, and designed an arithmetic which can successfully calculate the C/I threshold. The arithmetic is validate by GSM-R network of Daqin railway, on the basis of sampling, actual measurement, research, theoretical analysis and empirical method. At last, the reasonable C/I value is suggested. The arithmetic was proved to be simple, efficient and useale.

My opinion on Campus Love
　　Campus love isn't a newly-born phenomenon. Some people are strongly against it while some others think it's natural. I don't advocate it. The reasons are as follows. First of all, undergraduates are neither fully psychologically mature nor able to assume the responsibility, especially freshmen and sophomores. Second, they may indulge in it, thus dilapidate their study, which isn't rare. Third, some just take advantage of it to kill time, avoid boredom with much time at their own disposals, have someone keep company, etc. What's more, some change dating "partners" frequently, holding a paradox opinion that they could show off their charm or accumulate experience, but more often than not, they would leave a bad impression, such as lacking the sense of responsibility, on others, especially their former sweethearts. Last, the proportion of successful couples is too low. The overwhelming majority reach the same end-parting just before graduation, forced by reality, etc.
　　So, look before you leap, discard campus love and make a wiser decision after graduation.

In the world today there are many different types of needs of music. Each person seems to have different needs for music to relax or to exercise or dance. With these reasons in mind I believe that international music is more important than the traditional music of a country.
　　First, it is necessary to define the terms international music and traditional music. International music is any kind of music that is played, performed, or heard in various parts of the world such a jazz. On the other hand, traditional music is that music which is only played in its home country.
　　The reasons I believe international music is more important than traditional music is that the former is a bridge between different cultures and people. Music which can connect people from Australia to Zaire must be powerful and influential.
　　On the other hand, traditional music does have some benefits for some people. This type of music is the only connection they have with their cultural or historical roots.
　　To sum up, while traditional music has a time and place I think international music plays the greater role in making the world a happier and more peaceful place to live.
